Who provides TagVomo

TagVomo is developed and operated by BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd. Your agreement for the service, every payment, the payment gateway account and every invoice are with BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd (CIN U72100UP2024PTC213229, GSTIN 09AANCB0882D1ZM), registered office Suite 209, C-104, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

RAMAERA Industries Ltd is TagVomo’s marketing partner under a separate agreement with BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd. RAMAERA Industries Ltd does not sell, bill or collect payment for TagVomo and is not a party to your purchase. Questions about orders, payments or refunds go to support@bidua.in.

Tags and activation

A tag may be activated only by its lawful owner, guardian, custodian or authorised operator. Paid status and mobile OTP may be required. The owner key is a credential and must be kept private.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, impersonate, scrape, probe, track without consent, submit false emergencies or attempt to access another person's dashboard, clinical information or operator portal.

Owner responsibilities

Keep tag details accurate, use health fields carefully, obtain required guardian or organisational consent and disable or report a compromised tag promptly.

Service availability

QR web pages depend on internet access. OTP, payment, messaging, email and masked calling depend on configured regional providers and may be delayed or unavailable. TagVomo is not an emergency service and does not promise automatic ambulance or police dispatch.

Payments, invoices and refunds

QR identities are issued after payment verification. Prices shown for orders in India are in INR and inclusive of GST; a GST invoice is available for a paid order from the order tracking page using your order access key. Delivery estimates, renewal terms and provider availability shown at checkout apply to that order. Refunds and cancellations follow the refund policy. If a full refund is paid, the QR identities from that order are deactivated.

Account data and deletion

You can export your tag data and request deletion under the privacy notice. Deletion deactivates the linked QR identity.

Promo codes

Promo codes are issued by TagVomo and by its approved marketing partners. A code gives the percentage discount shown when you apply it, on the purchases it is valid for (shop orders, agency QR inventory or the agency launch pack). The discount is calculated by TagVomo on the actual price at checkout.

One code applies per order. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or combined, and may have an expiry date, a total-use limit and a per-buyer limit. A code reaches its limit when an order using it is confirmed; a cancelled or rejected order releases its use. We may refuse or withdraw a code, and cancel the order, if a code is shared beyond its intended audience, generated or used fraudulently, or used in breach of these terms. A code that covers 100% of the price confirms the order without payment; such an order is not eligible for a cash refund.

TagVomo Plus and renewals

Each paid tag includes the TagVomo Plus period stated at purchase (currently one year). After that, Plus features (such as WhatsApp alerts and masked calls) continue only if you renew at the renewal price shown at the time of renewal. If you do not renew, basic private scan contact continues and Plus features stop. Renewals are not automatic unless you choose an option that says so.

Agencies, distributors and partners

Agency holders, distributors, C&F partners and field agents also accept the partner terms shown in their onboarding and portal, including inventory, credit, commission and renewal-share rules. Partners must not misrepresent TagVomo, collect payments outside the official workflow except where the portal records cash collection, or share login PINs. We may suspend a partner account for misuse.

Intellectual property

The TagVomo name, logos, QR designs, software and content belong to BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd. You may print and use the QR identities you bought on the objects they are meant for; you may not copy, resell or reproduce TagVomo designs or software without written permission.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend a tag, account or partner portal to stop abuse, fraud, unlawful use or a security risk, and will tell you where the law allows. You may stop using TagVomo at any time and ask for deletion under the privacy notice.

Limitation of liability

TagVomo helps people contact you; it does not guarantee that a finder will scan a tag, that a message will be delivered, or that a lost item or vehicle will be recovered. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced on the site before they apply. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Grievance officer

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints can be sent to the Grievance Officer, BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd, Suite 209, C-104, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, phone +91 95129 21903, at support@bidua.in with the subject “Grievance” and your order ID or Tag ID. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Privacy requests go to support@bidua.in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission, disputes are subject to the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
